This is a first . . . we have 3 players of the week due to an incredible triple play pulled off by Progressively Drunk!!! Casey Rice, Brad Rice and Kristin Cordova pulled off the big One - Two -Three. Casey made an great break on a ball which looked to be getting down for at least a long single, if not extra bases, so Goat Rodeo's base runners take off . . . not so fast. Casey makes a great catch on the run and proptly fires the ball over to his brother Brad at first base for the force out. Brad then turns and fires a bullet to home plate where Kristin is in perfect position and puts the tag on the runner trying to score. What can you say but "Wow!" . . . . ?
Brit Drake of Prgressively Drunk got progressively better throughout the game with 7 RBI's including a grand slam in the 3rd inning powering his team to a 16-4 win over team Scout. After the game brit went shopping and recieved 2 more RBI's for cutting out the correct coupon at the deli, and another RBI for getting his parking validated, bringing his total to 10 RBI's for the day. Nice work Brit!!
