Players of the Week

May 5 - May 20

Robin Choi

Rush Puppies

Robin Choi is almost like the Steph Curry of Underdog Football. As the field general for Rush Puppies, Robin can do it all. He throws touchdowns, round for touchdowns, intercepts passes for touchdowns. He's the total package. This week was no exception as he led his team to a 36-12 victory.

Keith Thompson

Big Yak

It was a big win for Big Yak as they got by No Punt Intended 38-26. Quarterback extraordinare Keith Thompson led the way for the victors. Keith was a magician out there, keeping the defense guessing, and making play after play, leaving defenders in his wake all night long.

Eugena Brown

AfricanDads

Eugena was the superstar in AfricanDads first playoff game of the day. She came to play with a purpose, which translated to monster efforts on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. She broke up multiple plays on defense including picking off two balls and running each back for interceptions. AfricanDads opponents weren't sure what to do with Eugena's prowess and she helped them take an insurmountable lead with ten minutes left in the second half. Congratulations to Eugena for playing an integral part in AfricanDads' playoff victory!

Raymond Hess

Kramerface

Ray towered above the pack this week in the playoffs with an outstanding effort for Kramerface against their opponents from Wakanda Good. He had multiple touchdown catches and was instrumental in the secondary on both sides of the ball. Ray's height gave him an advantage he used wisely. Combined with his ability to move downfield at a quick speed, he would often break free and pick up major yardage for Kramerface. His teammates will need a similar performance as they complete in the semifinals. We congratulate Ray on his stellar performance and honor him as our Player of the Week!

Cole Morgan

Cole comes up big!

Cole had six catches including two big touchdowns to help fourth and schlong pull out the win on a drizzly Thursday night at memorial stadium. Nice work cole !!

Kyla Hall

Orange Chicken

With the playoffs underway, Orange chicken needed some players to step up otherwise they were going to go home. But as it turned out, Kyla Hall was all they needed as she made a series of game changing plays for the winners. Kyla had two amazing diving catches on offense, including on on 4th down, and a couple of big plays on defense, leading her team to a 34-12 victory.

Hayden Doscher

BDE

While the squad only showed up with five players, that was plenty enough for BDE as Hayden Doscher led the way for the victors. He had three touchdown catches and two pick-sixes, which was more than enough to pace his team.

Thomas Webb

The Bills

It was a big win for the Bills on Tuesday as they bested Tune Squad 44-42. In a game where the offenses were dominant, it was a defensive play that was the decisive factor. Thomas Webb deflected a pass on 4th down, putting an end to Tune Squad's hopes with the huge defensive play.

Brennan Miller

Single Dads

Brennan Miller was on double duty in his team's doubleheader victory on Tuesday night. Brandon had a pick-6 in both games, along with two touchdown passes and three touchdown receptions, leading his team to a pair of victories

Andrew Goggans

That's Too Deep

Andrew Goggins did it all on Sunday, leading That's Too Deep to a solid victory over Sunday Brew Crew in the first game, and a 42-16 victory over Rush Puppies in the second. On offense, Andrew ran in a touchdown, threw 4 TDs, and led his team in both rushing and passing. On defense, he put the game away by getting a pick 6 when Sunday Brew Crew was in a goal to go situation.
