Players of the Week

Apr 28 - Jul 16

Tamara Snyder

Uncle Joey

Tamara had over 100+ receiving yards in this nail biter of a tie between veteran teams. Not many times do we have a game that scores over 100 total points and end in a tie. It was one hell of a battle and a game to be remembered. Great job out there Tamara and next time lets shoot for 200+ yards.

Brian Alfi

Lawn Wranglers

I'm going to give the player of the Week to Alfi. Mainly for voicing his restraint and composure playing against a frustrating opponent. Also he showed up to play football on his baby's due date. Some people would call that commitment. His teammates were even confused by those priorities and teased him about it by giving him player of the game with this description.

Robin Choi

Tacklemore

Robin played an amazing game on Sunday. 6 TD and 2 INT led the team to a narrow win! Great Job Robin!!

Justin Chen

PurpleReign

Justin had the game saving flag pull to send his team to the finals!! Great play Justin!

Jarvas Donaldson

The U

Jarvus D gets out final player of the week of the season for his his clutch touchdown in his team’s championship game. With time expired and his team needing a touchdown on the last play, jarvus took the snap and scrambled out of the pocket and just reached the ball over before the defense could pull his flag to win the game 19-18! Nice work Jarvus!!!

Clarissa Abadesco

REBELZ

Clarissa had an absolutely spectacular performance in the championship game. She played some stellar defense by getting 3 interceptions, 1 of which was a pick 6. And she had 2 receiving touchdowns. It was a no brainer that her team voted her the Championship MVP. Congrats Clarissa and look forward to your amazing play next season!

Michael Kong

Deez

Michael K put up back to back lights out performances, leading to two upset playoff victories. In the first game against 3rd Down for What, Mike struggled in the first half. With his team down 2 scores heading in to the final 5 minutes, Mike took it upon himself to get his team ahead. A long rushing TD, followed by a great defensive stand, and Mike had the ball in his hands with the game on the line. With 10 seconds remaining, Mike extended the ball toward the goal line, with the ball barely breaking the plane before his flag was grabbed. The officials went to the replay booth, and the TD call on the field stood (it was a great call, BTW), sending Mike's team further in the playoffs. They held a steady lead over #1 Tenacious D in the second game, and relied on his defense for a clutch stand at the end of the game to revel in victory. Good luck next week, and great playing on Tuesday!

Patrick Collins

Denver Donuts

Patrick C earns this week's Player of the Week award for his outstanding offensive and defensive performances. On offense, Patrick reeled in 2 nice looking TD's, and on the defensive side his 2 INTs were clutch, leading his team to victory.

Jonesie Seabrook

No Pants Party

Jonesie gets the player of the week for her "helpful" commentary and making sure us referees always stay on our toes when it comes to our call. Especially on whether or not it is a gender play. She also did some stuff in the game to help her team out like score some TD's and pull some flags but it was the commentary that won her this award. Congrats!

Brandon Cummings

That One Team That's Always Late

Brandon had a phenomenal game. 3 TD's and 2 picks, including the game sealing score. This man could not be stopped no matter who was guarding him. He's got the hands of gold. Make sure to keep feeding him the ball the rest of the season and playoffs will go very well.
