The T-Bags and the Pink Tacos
In addition to possibly having the most creative team name in Underdog history, The T-Bags and the Pink Tacos have assembled quite the collection of bowlers. And they somehow manage to do with with only 132 people on their team!

Anyway, Zeb Blaylock put on a clinic in his Underdog debut, rolling a 148 and 198 in leading his team to a win over their close rivals Team FUPA (I have no idea what FUPA stands for, and I think it's best that I never find out.)

Your Mom Likes To Bowl
In a valiant effort against the vaunted Team FUPA, Matt managed to pull out a evening-high 205. Combined with his 134 from Game 1, you might think that it would have been enough to carry his team, but alas, they fell to the cryptically-named team in both games.

TBD
Now, in week one, I warned everybody that if they wanted to go showing off and rolling in the 200's, that I was going to banish them to the senior league on the other side of the alley. Well, congrats Greg, I'll have your walker for you next week.

Greg Olander, doing his best PBA pro routine, rolled a 222 (capped at 205) and 181 in leading TBD to a rout over the overmatched Lane Rangers, who confided in me later that their butts were going to be sore for awhile after the lashing they got.

One other major notable player goes to Mary, the mysterious teammate of the Gutter Blasters, who in her first go-round with her team, rolled a duplicate 186 in both games.

Lane Rangers
After last week's stellar performance from the Player of the Week, it was hard to find a successor, but seasoned veteran Meagan Jowdy of the equally seasoned veteran team Lane Rangers stepped up her performance in leading her team to a win over the Gutter Blasters. With these last two performances in the book, the bar is being set pretty high. Will the next POW be on par with the last two performances? Or will it go to someone who spilled beer on their shirt one too many times? STAY TUNED

POTW: Lillian Carabeo
Gutter Blasters
Lillian was the final piece in a rare USL feat. After her opponents had just finished 5 spares in a row, Lillian came up with 1 pin left and the 4 bowlers before her having spared. Lillian knocked down that last pin to get the Double Sleeper Turkey.

Gutter Blasters
With all due respect to our league champion, I would like to take this space to point out someone from a team near the bottom of the standings, but lead our league in spirit.

The Gutter Blasters, led by Lillian, whether clad in Hula gear complete with mini-Tiki god, or taunting yours truly with Gator swag, to being the only team the last week to fully embrace their inner pirates, they truly embody the Big Turkey spirit. Kudos also to everyone who came out this season, and made it a blast.
