Jimmie L.
Balls 'n Dolls
After his team had clawed back into the game, they needed Jimmie to come up big in his last at bat. With the bases loaded, Jimmie kicked a ball to deep right center that scored both the tying and the go-ahead run to pick up the win.

Space Pirate Leads to Victory on the Moon
Blinded by Pirates
Peter was decked out in his silver spandex space pirate costume (eye patch included). Peter led his team to a 7th inning comeback (final score 14-13) by going 3-4, 3 RBIs, 2 Runs. This costume inspired his team to kick the ball to the moon. He also led the defense in catches. With his spirit, he blinded the competition and dazzled with his stats. Great job Peter and Tracy Chapman's Balls! Great participation in full with the pirate flag on the fence.

"One Legged Pete"
Balls 'n Dolls
Jeremy F or as he was dubbed this week, "One-Legged Pete," is our player of the week. Jeremy was decked out in his pink/purple puffy pirate shirt. This inspired a spectacular win in a close game. Jeremy showed off his speed and strength with a great Home Run that turned out to be the difference in a one run game. Jeremy's spirit inspired pirate jokes and an out break of cheers throughout the game. Great job Jeremy and Great job Balls 'n Dolls!

Versus your own
Two players move to make it a game!
Jackie C is our player of the week. Jackie C volunteered to play for the other team so we could get a kickball game in. Jackie played valiantly for the other team and made some great plays. She finished off the night by making an amazing outfield catch. Jackie's attitude of sportsmanship, fun, and competitiveness makes her our player of the week. Thank you Jackie and Tommy for playing enthusiastically to make the game fun! Thank you Drunk & Lookin to Score for a great week!

Renee Johnson
The Zombies
In a game that was back and forth and saw both teams take the lead, Renee came up with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th inning and 2 outs. She kicked the ball to the outfield where it fell in front of the right field and the game winning run scored. Great job Renee!

isabel Miller ... and her western vest
great defense is big even in the wild west
On a warm and dusty day at cascade playfield the only thing more all over the field then western hats, was the defense of Isabel. Making great catch after catch at 3rd base, she decided to finish the game off with an unassisted double play. Not sure if the mustache was real, but the skillz certainly were. Nice work Isabel....

Matthew Coleman
Tracy Chapman's Balls
Matthew had a play in the outfield with runners on 1st and 2nd on a shallow kick into the outfield, he ran in to make the catch and ran into his own player at full speed while still making the catch and had the ability to throw the ball in, preventing the runners from advancing and was still able to keep his over-sized hat on his head and demonstrated outstanding team spirit through out the game!

Fun in Fair Play
Balls Against Humanity
Vikram B is our player of the week. Despite an otherwise flawless job by the umpire, Vikram was grazed by a ball on his way to home plate. He was honest and advised the umpire that he was indeed hit. This allowed the umpire to maintain his stellar performance. Vikram emulated great sportsmanship and it allowed for an extremely fun game in which both teams had a great time playing one another. Thank you Vikram for a great week!
