Players of the Week

Mar 24 - Apr 22

April Arnold

Orange Chickenb

April Arnold is a Phenom. This past Tuesday night, she made plays all over the field on both sides of the ball, leading her team to a 34-26 victory.. April had a number of key catches and big plays on defense that made the difference for her squad.

Brennan Miller

Single Dads

In Underdog Football, most often it is the players on offense who stand out. With so many teams airing it out, running no-huddle offenses, it's no surprise that it's usually a quarterback or a receiver getting weekly honors. But not this week. Brennan Miller led the Single Dad's to a 36-21 victory and it was his defense that was the reason. Brennan was everywhere on Tuesday night, and his opponent had to account for where he was on the field on every play. But that didn't stop Miller from snagging the game Winning interception!

Robin Choi

Rush Puppies

It was impossible to deny Robin Choi Player of the Week honors on Sunday as he led his team to two victories and did everything along the way. In the first win Robin threw all but two of his teams touchdowns, but that was because he caught one of them and intercepted a pass on defense to get the other. In the second game he had another pick 6 but it was his illusiveness at QB that left an impression on onlookers as he rushed for over 100 yards.

Brendan Shanahan

The Totems

Greatness comes with the name Brendan Shanahan. First there was the NHL All-Star for the Hartford Whalers, and then there was the Magnificent quarterback for the totems. Brendan had a great game on Sunday night, leading his team to a victory while throwing five touchdown passes and making Shifty moves leaving defenders in his wake all night long.

Philip Cortez

REBELZ

Philip C gets our first player of the week of the season for his stellar play at QB in the Rebelz’ 2 wins tonight. He was the Underdog version of Russell Wilson, keeping plays alive with his feet and finding his open teammates whenever they needed a big play. Nice work tonight Philip!

Heather Allen

Pop Pop it’s Showtime

It was a barn burner on Sunday afternoon as Pop Pop It's Showtime edged Crosswired 44-41. Heather Allen was the difference maker as she caught 9 passes for 108 yards and a touchdown. But it was her key catches on 4th down that made the difference, including the games final catch as Showtime was about to kill the clock.

Kirk Harbaugh

Nomads

Making plays and racking up yardage on the ground and through the air, Kirk Harbaugh led his team to a 25-13 victory on Sunday night. Kirk was viciously methodical, keeping the game under control the whole game. The Nomads are a force to be reckoned with as long as Harbaugh is their field general.

Robin Choi

Rush Puppies

It was one of the most statistically dominant performances of all time on Sunday, as Robin Choi led the rush puppies to a big win. Robin had four touchdowns from the Quarterback position, and then added four interceptions on defense.

Joseph LaNasa

Puget Sound Moose

It was a virtuoso performance for Joseph LeNasa on Sunday. After injuring his thumb on the first play, he rebounded to call in two interceptions and two touchdowns, leading his team to a 38-28 victory get to the

Rene Diaz

Always Late

This past Sunday Rene Diaz led always late to the championship by Leading back-to-back victories. Renee showed flashes of Jake Locker's Glory Days at the University of Washington, being an excellent dual-threat quarterback. He had callous runs for first downs that left Defenders frustrated, while throwing darts to his receivers all night long.
