3 Fingers In
The competition for POTW this week was pretty fierce. Several players rolled outstanding scores, and several players promised some outstanding costumes for next week's Mustache Week. But it was Dana's 158 followed up with a 223 that led his team to a win over Lane Rangers.

Wednesday Crashers
Wednesday Crashers is probably the most entertaining team here at Big Turkey Bowling. Whether you prefer their swing dancing inbetween frames, or their elaborate costumes on theme nights, they never fail to entertain.

This week, with a rather pedestrian theme in mustaches, one would think there would be a natural wall in the level of creativity that a humble mustache could provide. But Wednesday Crashers took the theme of mustaches to near Selleck-ian levels, with the flair only they can pull off-from an elaborate, ornate tattoo-style mustache to the humble milk mustache. AND they continued to dance inbetween frames. So kudos to Wednesday Crashers, for you are all Players of the Week.

Dead Ball Accurate forfeited to Lane Rangers.

Lane Rangers
After getting off to a rough start in the first few weeks of the final bowling league of the season, the Lane Rangers came out on fire this week. Led by Meaghan's amazingly consistent scores of 131 and 139, the Lane Rangers absolutely demolished Dead Ball Accurate 4-0, with a score of 1,053 to ZERO.

In all of my years of officiating bowling, I've never seen such a dominant performance. DBA just seemed completely flustered, rolling in the ball into the gutter frame after frame. They had no answer for the semi-accuracy of the rollers from the Eastside. Someday, when the history books look back on to the long storied history of the Game of Kings, there will be an entire chapter on this historic evening...wait, what?

DBA forfeited?

Oh, carry on, then. Nevermind.

Too Legit To Split
Two Legit to Split is the only new team in the league this season, and instead of hiding behind that, they dove right in with the Underdog spirit. Sure, they may not have won too many games, but those guys can work puff paint and cotton like nobody's business. I hope we see them and their fun spirit in another Underdog league soon!

RTFB
Scott has been participating with Underdog for quite a few years now, and has historically been very stubborn in not participating in our theme nights. Well, last night, as is custom, he wore his trusty ballcap. Last night was Hat Night. Intentionally or not, he just broke a five-year streak of Not Participating In Fun Things Just Because.

Scott Jahnke. He's like the Cal Ripken of Underdog.
