Without a doubt, the Player of the Week for this week has to be Jeremy Bernhardt. Jeremy had four hits in four at-bats and three RBIs as a result of those hits. Also, on the defensive side, Jeremy played outstanding defense at shortstop by making four smooth looking put-outs.

In an impressive display of power and grace, Matt Sullivan put together a performance worthy of Player of the Week honors. Matt hit a home run that was simply crushed to center field so deep that the ball never came back. Then on the mound, Sullivan pitched two scoreless innings, doing his part in a shutout victory.

Inspired by the sultry sounds of NWA blaring from the loudspeakers, Josh pitched a gem of a game, which thanks to a couple of web gems in the outfield, ended up as a no-hitter on a brisk day at Hamlin Park. The knuckle-curve was tough to keep down as Josh set them up and set them down. Straight out of Compton indeed Josh.... Nice work !

In a very tough decision, Hats off to Drew Takacs for leading his LandSharks to their first win of the season with some late inning heroics. With his team down 12-10 in the bottom of the 7th, he delivered a sweet "candygram!", towering shot to drive in the winning run. He ended the day with 2HR(three if the winning run hadn't scored in front of him) 3B, and 8 RBI's!!! Honorable mention to Jeff Sebenik with a triple play and 5/5 with 6 Ribbies!
