Fall Co-ed Volleyball at Seattle Central Tuesdays

Every season Kojo comes in and impresses us all with his dynamic volleyball skills. Tonight was no different as he was able to showcase some of his wicked serves. Kojo brought his team back in the game countless times with serving streaks that could not be stopped. His location on his jump serves were right on point every time. But the spin on those serves was devastating to his opponents. They all tried to pop the ball up but instead the ball would fly every which way except for back at the net. No one could stop Kojo tonight, the only person able to end his streaks was himself. Great job Kojo!

It seems like every season Ben is making it on to the player of the week honor, so why stop now. When his team needed him the most, Ben stepped up in a huge way. All of the sets were close and the only way for the Morning Missiles to break away was to stop the opposing teams' offensive attack. That's when Ben found his second wind and became a wall that could not be penetrated. Normally Ben is praised for his hard hitting nature but this game he brought his defensive MVP caliber play. Ben constantly smothered the attacks of the opposing team stone walling any chance of a victory. His incredible defense and the amazing play of the rest of the Morning Missiles gave them a 2-1 victory. These current champs are defending their title proudly.

Zach embodies exactly what we love our Underdog players to be like. His personality is one that anyone can get along with. He never gets down on himself and definitely never on his teammates. Zach makes sure everyone on the court is in good spirits. But what really separates him is his big play ability. You could see Zach constantly darting towards the direction if the ball. He does whatever he can to make the play and most of the time he makes it. The athleticism is just showing. Brace yourselves Underdog players, we have a feeling Zach is going to be something special.
