In any other week a player hits two grand slams, pitches two great games and has over 10 RBI's over the course of two games to claim a league title, he/she would be a runaway choice for player of the week. But this week proved to be a little different as Treveor LaRowe was edged out by his team meat Kim Harris who had an equally impressive showing.

Down 2 - 0 after the top half of the first inning, Kim was able to set the table in what proved to be an explosive inning for her club. Kim followed up her first inning hit with four more with an impressive stat line of 5 - 5/4 runs/3 rbi's. And that was just the first game.

While equalling her stats at the plate would prove to be more challenging in the championship game, Kim was still able to be productive at the plate, but what made Kim stand out was her great play behind the dish. It was the top of the 4th inning and the Dream Team found themselves trailing 3 - 0, struggling to hold their opponents from scoring when allowing the lead off batter to reach base safely, Kim made what I think was the game changing play, by showing off her cat like reflexes pouncing from behind the dish to flick a what looked to be a sure lead off base hit to her pitcher who calmly threw the batter out, in what became a 1-2-3 inning.

And just like most baseball games you see, the player that made the great play defensively is the first batter up in the next half of an inning and this was no different. Kim lead the bottom of the 4th off with an infield single that sparked a rally in which the Dream Team took the lead and never looked back to claim their championship title.
