If there ever was a pitcher who could do IT ALL, that person would definitely carry the name....STU! Stu of the WatchGuard Wreckers was absolutely phenomenal against SLT. As the pitcher, Stu was so HUGE in getting the tough outs. He turned a CLUTCH double play and caught some hard hit line drives. On offense, Stu hit 2 solid doubles and ended up scoring in all his at bats. Awesome work out there, Stu!!!
This weeks elite perfomance honors go to Adrian D. for his work put in on offense and defense. Adrian pitched a gem in his game keeping his opponents score down, while putting up 3 K's in the books. Adrian also did damage with the lumber hitting 4 for 5 knocking in 4 of his teams runs and scoring as well. Adrian was a dual threat, and helped his team get a solid win! Great game Adrian.
Bravern Bombers forfeited to Me Glove You Long Time.
Ronald Lyp
Random Collison
The player of the week is Ronald Lyp of Random Collision. Ronald, was honored this week in his team's win as player of the game. Not only has Ronald played terrific shortstop for multiple seasons for Random Collision, but he also rides his bike to every single game throughout Seattle! Ronald is this week's player of the week for continued solid hits, stellar defense and a superb commitment to the environment!
Random Collison forfeited to Big Bats, BIGGER BALLS!.
Bravern Bombers forfeited to SLT.
Amy LeFurgy
Soft Balls, Hard Bats
Amy LeFurgy was the player of the week this time out at Maplewood. In her team's 17-7 win Amy had a huge day at the plate going 3 for 4. It seemed like every ball off Amy's bat was going to fall in for a hit and Me Glove You Long Time did all they could to keep Amy of the bases. Fortunately for Soft Ball, Hard Bats, Amy was able to collect three hits in one of her best games of the season. Nice job Amy!
On Thursday Frankie came up huge in his team's win over SLT. He provided all the early offense for his team in hitting a total of 3 deep HRs that had SLT scrambling in the outfield. He also knocked in a total of 12 of his team's 27 runs.
