This weeks player of the week goes to the great play of Karla H. in all her games. Karla was making great catches, solid throws, and very elusive dodges, but her honors were really earned with a single throw. While in her last game where the match was tied 2 to 2, Karla was able to get the last out with a hard throw at one of the leagues best players and get him out for a BIG win for her squad who were cheering her on. Great game Karla!

Chug Life's Jessica "the glove" Gunderson earned the player of the week honor by displaying above average catching and throwing ability. Not one throw by her opponent was safe from the quick hands of Jessica as she managed to catch and knock out at least 3 per match. If there was an underdog dodgeball all-star team, "the glove" would definitely be a big part of it. Great job Jessica!!!

In case no one heard the announcement by Killer Tofu's destinguished coach, but it was Matt Koch's birthday. On its own, birthdays are, generally, pretty awesome, but there was something real magical about Matt's performance on the dodgeball court Wednesday. Matt, racked up a total of 100 catches in his 2 games, which set a new underdog record for receptions. He also managed to win the nicest guy award while kicking the crap out of his opponents.
Congrats, Matt. We all look forward to seeing you in the DB hall of fame!!
