Offense and Defense
This week at Denny Park, Jordan had two noteworthy plays that cemented his team's impressive win. For one, he barely got his forearm around a shallow fly ball in the outfield to make an impressive catch. On the other side of the plate, Jordan kicked the game's only home run, easily clearing the left field fence. For his all around great game, Jordan is our player of the week. Congrats!

Wasted Potential
This week was killer performance by Gabriel Silva. He was kicking the ball all over the yard. There was not one spot of the field that wasn't touched by one of his monstrous kicks. He amassed 7 doubles and 3 triples and helped his team steam roll the opponents. This is why Gabriel is the player of the week.

This Park Can't Contain Him
This Park Can't Contain Him
Per the sabremetric digital analysis of this Monday's kickball game at Denny Park, Levi Slaydon covered more ground at the CF spot and accrued more mileage rounding the bases than any player on either team. He was a regular Mike Trout, playing an integral part in his team's narrow victory. The kickball analytics community has spoken, and Levi is the Player of the Week. Congratulations!

The Power Hitter
The Power Hitter
This past Wednesday at Denny Park, Stephen Shi's slugging percentage was through the roof. Stephen consistently got on base, and hit for power when it counted. His biggest moment came when he unloaded a shot to right field, which resulted in a rare in the park homerun. For his excellent power hitting, Stephen is our player of the week. Congratulations!

Willie Mays Born Again
The Fresh Kicks of Ball-Air had a dominanting performance and easily got the win in this game. Their team was a well oiled machine and on offense and defense they could do no wrong. The person who had the best performance was Maya. With multiple kicks that resulted with Maya getting on base she also had an incredible over the shoulder catch in center field! Looking like Willie Mays himself with this catch Maya sealed herself Player of the Week honors.

Alcoballics
Rani played a great game tonight. She reached base three times and score two runs in Alcoballics win. One of the runs Rani scored was on a beautiful slide to avoid being hit by the ball. On defense Rani made a couple nice plays and was very heads up and communicative on plays where she wasn't directly involved. Rani did just about everything someone could do to help their team win.

A catch for the Ages
This week started playoffs and the intensity was there. Both teams wanted to win badly and showed great will until the very end. The player that excelled in this setting was Jenny. She was an absolutely beast in field and made an amazing catch that will still be talking about! With her great defense she was also an asset on offense contributing to the run production of her team.
