Game 1 was quite a nail biter. Each team competing was humbly quiet, determined to take the win. That didn't work out as well as teams Set 'Em Up, Knock 'Em Down and Livin' on a Spare had planned, but that didn't seem to get them down. They were cheering for each other and were having a blast during Game 2. Mike Uhl states, "playing for 3rd and 4th is way more fun than competing for 1st. Plus, I had some Four Loco, so it made my game!" haha! Well said, my friend. Team Pin Heads credited teammate Pat, aka Frog or PEN15, for their 1st game win. He managed to bowl a 191 and had 3 spares and 3 strikes in a row the first 6 frames of the game. Team Hole-y Rollers attributed their Game 1 victory to teammate Alicia, who scored a whopping 221. Plus, they told me that they had met as a partial team to practice the Sunday before. Taking this competition quite seriously, I have to say! It was close, with a 19 pin spread, but in the end team Pin Heads took another victory in Underdog Big Turkey Bowling! Great games everyone!
