Kyle's Grandslam In Top Half of 7th Seals The Deal

If you wanted to receive a lesson in never giving up I would have to point you to the team known as the Alcoballics. They can tell you all about it. Sunday's game against the Mean Muggers wasn't going well early on and didn't go well for most of the game for their team. At one point they found themselves down five runs and the wheels were starting to fall off but they did not relent. They continued to hit the ball and hustle their tails off and when it was all said and done they tied the game going into the top of the seventh inning. After holding Mean Muggers to no runs in the bottom of the seventh they used that momentum heading into extra innings. In the top half of the eighth Alcoballics managed to get across two early runs to pad their lead going into the bottom of the eighth and then it happened. With the bases juiced and only one out into the box steps Kyle. On the second pitch he sees he rips a laser shot through the gap in right center and the bases are cleaned. In the bottom half of the eighth inning the Mean Muggers could only muster four runs before Alcoballics closed the door. Game over, good night and we will see you next Sunday.
