POTW: Robert Uhl

There's No Crying in Bowling

After looking through the USL record books, the Statdog could find no record of any bowler rolling nines on the first frame of each roll in an entire game. That is, until last night when Robert Uhl achieved the feat. Alas, it was a week before Nine-Pin-No-Tap week so Bob was unable to parlay that into a massive amount of Red Hooks. However, this upcoming Wednesday, Bob has promised me more of those nines which he is so accustomed to getting.

Monday, March 13

POTW: Sandi Clark

TBD

New week, new league, new talent. Sandi Clark's first Big Turkey Bowling game was the last game of winter season, and her second was Monday night, where she was awarded POTW. Not bad for a sophomore. Her 187 game with just one open fram was impressive. Her regaling us with stories of being all state in High School, and dashing off to get a score printout to show her dad was more so. Plus she played through the heartache of a broken nail, and inspired her new team name:"There's No Crying in Bowling."
