Purple Reign was utterly dominant in the first ever Parametric Olympiad on Thursday. They started out seeing someone that they would see again later in the night, Blue Balls. In a back and forth match, Purple Reign showed off their engineering skills, keeping the teetering tower standing, while letting Blue Balls make the final mistake.

They then moved over to the foot darts board where they jumped out to an early lead following a great bulls-eye, which Black is the New Black was never able to recover from.

They kept their night going with a bucket pong win over Orange is the New Black, before their mini-golf face off with 50 Shades of Whoop-Ass. The close battle with 50 Shades was their most important of the night so far. A Purple Reign win would put them in the playoffs, while a 50 Shades win would create a 3-way tie for 1st that would have seen the 1st ever 3-way bucket pong match in the championship.

Purple Reign would pull out a close victory after answering just enough correct questions about their opponents to stave off the 50 Shades comeback.

Not wanting to see a Giant Jenga rematch from the initial game of the night, both Purple Reign and Blue Balls opted to go back to the bucket pong courts for a championship match-up. Purple Reign picked up the 10 bucket early in the match-up, which kept Blue Balls playing catch-up for the remainder of the night. Blue Balls made a small comeback, but ultimately, Purple Reign's bucket skills were too much and they finished the night undefeated.
