RUP you up

Captain Burton Cowles led his team to back to back wins on Thursday. Burton was particularly impressive on mound in game 2 as his team knocked off #2 seed. Other than a meaningless late home run, he held the opponent in check throughout the game.

RUP you up

Julie had a great week this week. She played a killer third base for her team. There was a couple hot shots, right at her at the hot corner and she caught them no no problem. She also took full advantage of not being able to bunt and ripped a couple good kicks into the outfield. Unfortunately she ended up slipping on a base and hurting her leg but not even that could stop her from having a great week as she played flawlessly through the pain and had a great week of kickball.

This game came down to the wire and ended of with a walk off in the end. With the bases juiced and a tie game at nine to nine Michael Witous had a chance to capture a win. The pitch came and he delivered a game winning single to clinch the game. With this clutch offensive performance Michael also provided several great catches and this is why he has earned Player of the Week honors.
