The Pinpals may have been surprised to learn they were in playoffs, but their skills in game 1 were enough to earn them a coveted spot in the championship. Game 2 was a tough final match-up of the Pinpals vs. the Oddballs, but once again the Pinpals emerged victorious, lead by their top scorer Natalie. Way to go guys!
Usually, we like to give POTW to players who may not necessarily be the best bowlers, but to those how are emboldening the Underdog spirit, and generally having a good time with things. But sometimes, we have to note when someone is just flat doing some damn good bowling.
Paul Ng not only was bowling well, but he had ice in his veins while he was doing it. Not content with banging out six straight strikes to start out his first game, finishing with a 237, he then knocked four straight to start his second game en route to a more pedestrian 213.
Ice cold.
