Fall Co-ed Dodgeball at Wallingford Boys & Girls Club Wednesdays

Don't Shoot came into the night with extreme confidence but they had their work cut out for them before the championship and they were ready. They took their first match by two games and advanced to play a tough match with Team Ramrod. They prevailed however, and the match was set between them and Team Sunshine. Team Sunshine was no slouch and played fierce in the early rounds as well. They were led by Logan Gee and seemed poised to take the title. The game started with Sunshine getting ahead early. However, Don't Shoot stuck to their game plan and tied the match up. They went ahead with in a pivotal game led by 2 great catches by Sara Loefler which put Sunshine's best players on the bench. They were able to pull away in the closing minutes of the game but it was closer than the score dictated. Great Job both teams and to all the teams Wednesday night.
