After a week to regroup after a softball mishap, both teams showed up ready to play. "Hit it and Forget About it!" started off very hot scoring 5 runs in the first and 5 runs in the second as Rip-It got off to a slow start with only 2 runs after 2 innings. As time rolled on so did Rip-It, with a couple successful innings of putting people on the bases, and knocking them in, they took the lead with a couple innings left in the game. In the top of the 7th Hit it and Forget about it put a couple on and their slugger was at the plate with a home-run left. After watching one he thought he got his and got a bit jammed as he popped it up to left and Rip-It walked with the champ shirts! Great season to both teams! See ya in the spring!
