Summer Co-ed Softball at Paramount Sundays

Scott Marti's peformance on the pitching rubber was a sight to behold. He showed great consistency and accuracy while delivering one of the most beatifully pitched games that I have ever seen. He was very instrumental in the later innings when GRT needed stops and outs. He also batted like a batting machine sending power shot after power shot through the defense scoring run after run. Scott certainly helped his own cause on the mound with an outstanding batting performance.

This week's player of the week goes hands down to pitcher Matt Stamper. Matt's total control of the plate and the mound are a sight to see. It's safe to say that teams who face Matt usually have a very hard time mustering runs. His pitching is a beautiful sight to behold. He truly makes the difference in each game he pitches. Just awesome.

Scott Browne's performance at the plate this past Sunday was an absolute clinic in hitting. Scott went 5 for 5 with 1 triple, 2 doubles and 2 singles while driving in 7 runs on the day. Absolutely awesome performance not to mention his stellar play at short stop. Awesome performance all around!

Jihan Anderson's offensive and defensive performance in the championship game against Ground Rule Trouble was MVP like. She went 4 for 4 with 1 triple, 2 doubles and a single. Her defense at 3rd base was also stellar letting nothing hit at her through the infield and making it very hard for Ground Rule Trouble all day.
