Winter Co-ed Dodgeball at Ingraham Mondays

Congratulations to Chase Glidden of team Slapyamamas for earning this week's Player of the Week! In what ended up being a very close game against team Balls in Your Face, Chase ended up with a mono-i-mono matchup that would decide the game. Cheers of victory erupted from team Balls in Your Face when the ball ricocheted off Chases chest. In an amazing turn of events, Chase was able to gather himself and make an amazing turn-around finger-tip catch after the ball had floated lazily over his head! This amazing catch helped propel Slapyamamas to a tight 5-3 victory!!! Great catch Chase!!!

Congrats goes to Harlan Robbins from team Huck's Herniators. The first game of then night proved to be an early battle with team Dodge This taking the first game. Huck's Herniators came storming back taking the next two games. With momentum swinging back into team Dodge This's direction Harlan Robbins founds himself in a peril situation: 1 vs 5. Most other dodgeballer's would have easily accepted defeat...but not Mr. Robbins. Not wasting any time, Harlan one by one picked off players with lazer like precision to keep the Herniators momentum and their eventual win!!! Great job Harlan!

This weeks player of the week earned his honors by leaving it all on the floor! Bob Gliege went a super long round, in a one on one with great dodges, and many shots taken with none landed. It was like watching a drunken brawl with 80 punches thrown none landed and two knock-outs. Both players were exhausted after a match that went on and on, but it was Bob who was still standing after the smoke cleared. Great job Bob and I hope you have caught your breath!
