The night opened up with a lot of buzz and a few cowboys and cowgirls roaming the alley. Bowl Movement and Rolling Papers were the first to face off and it was a close match. Matt and Mike from Bowl Movement tried to push the team to victory but they fell short and Brandon, Jenny , and Shawn from Rolling Papers helped cinch the first round, sending them to Championship round!
Lickity Splits not so secret weapon Cale had a great game and Nenna and Katie came to win. They were only 25 pins short of their goal and as they say Split Happens.
The Championship match up was a nail biter frame by frame. Split Happens and Rolling Papers were locked in, no one giving any room. It all came down to the final frame when Shawn grabbed the last spare and Rolling Papers or Bowl took the Championship Title!! It was a close game and there was fantastic sportsmenship all around. Hand shakes and high fives were exchanged and the Rolling Papers or Bowl went home triumphant.
Another Battle was being had all season between Bowl Movement and Glory Bowl. Week after week these two teams brought the Spirit to the Garage. There was no telling who was going to take the Spirit Champs Title. With two recounts of prize tickets Bowl Movement won by one spirit ticket! Goes to show that every spirit point counts.
