Fall Co-ed Flag Football at Juanita HS Tuesdays

Eric R. earns week 1 POTW for dissecting his opponent's defense with numerous TD passes, a TD rush, and some stellar rushing yards. Eric also had a long TD reception showing untypical speed racing up the sideline and showed some serious shifty moves to avoid flag pulls. Eric also came up with a big first down at the end of the game with a evolving clock making it tough. Great game Eric.

James B. was the offensive juggernaut for his squad in a 34 to 18 victory. James played solid defense, holding the opposing offense to 18 points, but it was his contributions on offense. James accounted for 5 TD's putting up basically all the points for his team. Great game James!

This weeks honors go to the outstanding play of Rome. Rome had a game full of ridiculous plays, and incredible speed chasing down the opponent, but it was one catch that sealed the deal. Rome went up for a deep pass reception along with two awesome defenders at the goal line and brought down a amazing catch. It was immediately labeled "Randy Moss like", and it was. Rome was basically in orbit and brought it down for the eventual game winning catch in a very tough game! Great job and sweet a** catch Rome!

Andrew K. earns this weeks POTW with outstanding play on both sides of the ball. Andrew K. is known for leading the offense up and down the field, and allowing the defense to get him the ball back. On this night Andrew played both sides of the ball, and on offense had 2 TD passes along with a sneaky rushing TD. Andrew kept his side of the field locked down, and helped advance his squad in the playoffs. Great job Andrew!
