Opening night for BTB Imperial Tuesdays was one of the most fiercely contested nights of bowling we can remember. A few teams won pinfall by less than a handful, and new talent came to light. Lovelynn De La Cruz only bowled the second game for her team, but what a game it was. She had a score of 200 and no open frames! She was so automatic, that when she went to bowl her teammates only asked if it would be a strike or a spare. Congratulations, Lovelynn. Here's looking forward to a great season.

3F Ballers
In a total team effort, 3F Ballers posted back to back 600-plus games en route to a 4-0 victory. Gutt'r Dun had the tough distinction of losing the first game while also having 600-plus pins. In the second game, the 3F Ballers wore Gutt'r Dun down with strike after strike in an amazing display of bowling skills.

Gutt'r Dun
It was one of the greatest performances in Big Turkey Bowling history. Michelle Boline led her team to a hard fought victory over their chief rival, No Balls. The win also puts Gutt'r Dun in a good position to make the playoffs and a run for the championship.

No Balls
The Baby Moose doesn't mess around. This week, No Balls fought hard against the defending champs 3F Ballers, but lost total pinfall valiantly by just five pins! Megan Gratz led the Ball-less ones efforts with her back to back games of 154, including a Turkey in the tenth frame of the final game. A great effort in a loss by the one they call Baby Moose.

XXX'ed out
Tung made a promising debut as a rookie Indy a couple of seasons ago. This season he came back with his own team and gave the defending champs a run for their money in an extremely close game on opening night. However, the momentum seemed to fade a little as the season went on. Last night the Tung we know and loved showed up again. Perhaps he was angry at himself, angry at the world, angry at global warming and little baby seals that meet with untimely fates. Whatever it was, Tung bowled with a vengeance, throwing down a 214 in his second game with authority. Tung, where ya been at, baby?!?!?
