The Bowlaholic Monkeys
The evening started with a scare as Leigh's ball disappeared after a practice roll. 'What's the big deal?' we thought, one alley ball is as good as another, right?
She went on to explain that it was her own custom ball.
"It's black and says 'Sweet Tits' on it". Oh. Okay.
Well, the ball was found, and the Bowlaholic Monkeys proceeded to go on a tear, annihilating their competition and the rest of league with their high score of 1164 pins. Leigh's second game was a big part of it, as she rolled a 155.
Just goes to show that when you have Sweet Tits in your hand, you should hold on tight and never let them- er, it out of your sight.

Triple Penetration
A week late and a hundred or so pins short. That was the story of Jen Lefaive's (semi) triumphant return to bowling after missing the first week due to a severe case of turf toe. Indeed, it was a losing effort for Jen's team, but she gave an unparalleled performance in defeat, bowling a 200 in her first game with a total of six strikes. When asked about it after the game, Jen kneeled down on one knee and said that- as always- she had only God and her mom to thank for herself, but that they sure didn't do crap for her teammates. Religion and parenting are always tough to argue.

The Druish Princess herself won Player of the Week honors this past week. This is more of a credit to the entire team of The Hangovers, as they had the best Space Invaders costumes last night. The Hangovers celebrated with a couple of Red Hooks, their prize for winning the contest. Teams with that kind of spirit always catch the eye of the Biig Turkey.

I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter
Joel "Ninja J" Brust was a master of the black arts Thursday night at Sunset. Following the path of the Bushido all the way, Joel used a combination of Intonjitsu a.k.a. ninja magic and beer to propel him to scores of 156 and 166 respectively. We attempted to interview Joel about his triumphant performance, but he threw a ball onto the ground which exploded into a cloud of grey smoke and enveloped him before we had the chance. His opponents could not respond either, as he had destroyed their vital organs using the two finger "Death Touch". Joel will begin filming on American Ninja 5: 10 Pins of Death with Michael Dudikoff in the spring of 2007.
