What a Happy Ending

Happy Ending had to dig deep to win the championship tonight going head to head with an impressive Damaged Goods team that was stacked with offensive weapons.

Happy Ending had their backs against the wall when they fell behind by 7 points late in the set. Damaged Goods only needed 5 more points to put the set away, but Happy Ending did not waver. They believed they can still win the game and came together to stone-wall Damaged Goods' and make the miraculous comeback of the year.

Riding high on their momentum, Happy Ending put forward some amazing volleyball to go toe to toe with Damaged Goods in the second set. This had to be the game of the season as both teams battled hard for tough earned points. Happy Ending was able to edge out Damaged Goods to win the championship.

This exciting bunch showed an amazing blend of athleticism, defense, and just some damn good volleyball play. Their defense was showcased by covering the empty spots and reading what the opposition wanted to do. Everyone on this team are amazing passers and never flinched to get in front of a hard driven spike. You could tell Happy Ending genuinely loves the game through their sportsmanship and tight knit bond they display on the court.

Great job Happy Ending! Go enjoy your hard fought battle at the Auto Battery!
