Summer Softcore Kickball at Lower Woodlands Fridays

Courtney from LASER Legion is this weeks player of the week with her excellent play at second base. Courtney made tons of jaw dropping catches in the nights tightest game, and though her team fell short and lost, her play was the best of the night. She started the game off with a ball kicked very hard her direction and made a catch even the opponent had to applaud. Courtney made the game tight all game and gave her team a chance to win, but fell just short. Courtney's efforts on the field had raised the bar for the rest of her team to aspire to, and if they play half the way Courtney did for the rest of the season watch out for this team! Great game Courtney!

Marcelino D. is this weeks player of the week with his excellence on defense. Marcelino came up with numerous great catches, and even left a little skin on the field to prove in, lots of them were diving catches. Marcelino frustrated the opponent with his defense which ended the game with him making a double play to put another win in the books for his squad! Great game Marcelino!

This weeks player of the week goes to Ted W. for coming up big with deep kicks. Late in the game it was all tied up until Ted kicked a bomb to help his team get the lead and the eventual win in the seasons biggest game! With Ted's great play he is this weeks player of the week!
