WOW! What an exceptional championship game! And a first EVER @ Fairview School in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Back and forth battles, ties, all star performers, last second hail mary toss...this game had it all. W/the matches tied up at 5 all, match 11 was the last one, and there were only 2 players left. The 2 ladies that were left were arguably 2 of the best dodgeball players during the season, so it was only fitting that they were put in the spotlight. And so, going back and forth as they did w/some real close shots, Kolina of Not in the Face managed to find an itsy bitsy spot left open by her opponent and make a direct hit, winning the match and ultimately the game! Hell of a game teams!! ...and one for the books!
