After an impressive one loss regular season performance, ClearPoint had their eyes on the ultimate prize. A kickball championship.
The championship game got off to a fast start with ClearPoint scoring 4 runs in the first to stake themselves to an early 4-1 lead. Over the next few innings The Raindawgs did everything they could to scratch and claw and get back in the game. They even turned a triple play, but Clearpoint held on strong with some great defense of their own.
With the lead being shrunk down to 4-3, Clearpoint was done keeping it close. Buoyed by a leadoff blast over the right field fence, they exploded for 6 runs to put the lead out of reach and to secure their much deserved title.
Congrats to the champions on an impressive season and your hard earned crown!
