On Wednesday night, U'Bocce completed their undefeated season by besting Life's a Bi-occe and Deboccery and winning the championship. They started out the first week not so hot, tying both their matches. They were able to turn it around from there though as they finished the season up 4-0-2.
They were tested big time in the first match of the night. Life's a Bi-occe pushed them to a 5-5 tie in the last end before Ya U'Bocce picked up 2 points on the last roll of the game to secure the victory and advance.
They must have picked up some huge momentum off of that last roll. They would use that momentum to 'roll' right over Deboccery in the championship match, holding them to only 1 and 2 points in the 2 games.
Lest anyone think that they were one-trick ponies though, they also were in the lead for the spirit championship when they were done playing . Splotchy Balls were playing in the late session though, showed up and squeaked by them by a whole 2 spirit coupons for the win.
