Summer Softcore Kickball in Ravenna Tues/Thurs

The player of the week for Ravenna Ballpark goes to Eric Crowder, for his amazing play on All My Pitches Love Me. In the first game of their double header, he had to shake off a little rust, struggling to get on base and produce runs for his team. However, Eric didn't let that get to him, and he wiped the slate clean for the second game. He came roaring back, notching 4 hits on 4 appearances, none of which he failed to score on. What a performance! For leading his team to victory, Eric Crowder deserves to be named player of the week!

Maybe he doesn't trust his teammates, or maybe he just wanted to show off for the sold out crowd at Ravenna Park Ballfield, but either way, Cameron outperformed three runners on one play single-handedly. Playing shortstop, he caught a line drive, tagged a runner, and forced a runner at second to end the inning all by himself. What a play by the lone wolf who doesn't need any help!

Chris Kim killed it today! He is Ravenna's played of the week! He had a strong performance in both games of "All My Pitches Love Me" double header. In the firs game, he pounded home multiple runs on two inside the park homeruns. In the second game, a wildly defensive battle, he recorded outs like a monster. In one inning, he struck out the side! Great job, Chris!

Henry Bi is he player of the week for Ravenna! He would not stop putting out in Hot Chicks Huge Kick's offensively powered win. His wheels were very apparent in left field, as he caught ball after ball to stifle the opposition's run scoring efforts. On the other side of the ball, he was able to boot three runs home on a single play to pad the lead for his team. What a day, Henry!

Clarissa Snow is the player of the week for Ravenna as she headlined the outstanding championship run for her team, Pitch Please. Her opposition, however, was most likely thinking, "Pitch, no thank you", as she delivered a shutout from the rubber. Pitch after pitch was flied out or struckout, and she even hauled in a lased fired right back at her to salvage a run. For her high flying pitching performance and defensive prowess, Clarissa has proved herself one of the elite kickball players of Ravenna. Congrats, Clarissa!
