Hold My Kick showed why they were the clear number one seed with a dominating performance in the championship game. Going up against a team, We Got the Runs, riding high with confidence after two upset wins against veteran teams, Hold My Kick dominated from start to finish using stifling defense (only giving up 3 runs) and some expert base running skills. The play of the game went to Katie Hostney, who on a great bunt down the third base line was hit in the leg just as she touched first base. The ball deflected all the way into the right field corner allowing Katie to score on the very rare bunt homerun! Congratulations Hold My Kick!!!
