In a championship game that had two great teams playing, it was the "Number One stunnas" who chalked up the points. The offense was top notch, tallying up 33 points, and holding the "Seagoats" to just 8 points. JD Peterson was able to lead his team on offense, and Jennifer locked down her side on defense, also reeling in some catches on offense. Great job "Stunnas"!
This week in the co-ed flag football league at Memorial Stadium on Saturdays the player of the week is Johnny Lopez from Number 1 Stunnas. It was a beautiful day outside and both teams played great, but Johnny brought his best defensive game to match up against the Seagoats. He had 3 interceptions at key moments to end the opposing teams drives. Thanks to Johnny's great defense the Number 1 Stunnas were able to win over the Seagoats 20-12. Good job Johnny!
