First Place

Spring Co-ed Flag Football at Seattle Center Saturdays

Primetime showed what time it was in their championship run by outlasting Sweep The Leg 26-12. Primetime never let up, and when it was all said and done, it was clear they had proven they were the better team. Nate Halfpenny led the way by intercepting three passes and also catching two touchdowns. It was bittersweet for Nate, as he suffered an injury late, however Halfpenny can hold his head high, knowing that he was he best player on the field on Saturday.

Saturday, June 7

POTW: Nathan Halfpenny

Primetime

It was a virtuoso performance by Nathan "Half-Cent" Halfpenny. Before going out late in the game with a tough injury, Nate put his imprint on the game, making the difference between winning and losing by intercepting three passes, including an interception that ended any hope of a comeback for BLACK IRON. And it wasn't just on the defensive end that Nate made his impact. Halfpenny also had two touchdowns in the 26-12 victory.
