First Place

Summer Co-ed Flag Football at Roosevelt HS Sundays

Oh man, Sunday was a day of glory for Omaha! This upstart squad raced to a 46-12 victory in the semi-finals, and then cruised to a 50-12 win over Brohana in the finals. Leading the way was Alex M, who threw four touchdown passes in the final, and intercepted four more on defense, leading his team to their first ever Championship and even more glory for the Great City of Omaha! Congrats to the winners!

Sunday, August 17

Alex Manso

Omaha!

While flag-football is a team sport, sometimes one player can rise to the occasion and carry his or her team on Sunday. Alex Manso did precisely that on Sunday, as he dominated in both the semi-final and final rounds in victories over The Deep V's and Brohana. Alex had a combined total of 9 touchdown passes and four interceptions in the two games. With fantasy drafts coming up all across the country, Manso is high on the board at the QB position.

Sunday, June 29

Jazmyne Jordan with the Game Winning TD Catch

Omaha! rallies from behind with 2 seconds left.

Down in the game with 23 seconds left and no timeouts?
no problem. Omaha swiftly moved down the field for the game winner as Jazmyne lept up in the back corner of the end zone and speared the game winning catch with 2 seconds left on the clock for the come from behind victory. Heck of a catch Jazmyne!
