Morning Missiles are not known for the punctuality or warming up before the hour even starts, but for them this season that seemed to work in their favor as they beat the number 1 seeded Sets Gods in the finals. Matt Kramer who injured his hand early on in the match showed no signs of backing down and was able to help his team win many of the long scrappy rallys that occurred during the two games it took for them to sweep Sets Gods. Ben was also a force to be reckoned with at the net and with his consistant and killer serve. Throughout the match the rallys seemed to never end and it was dig after dig after dig. But like I said earlier Morning Missiles show and take down with no time to spare. Congrats on a great win!
Jenny always seems to show up with a positive attitude! And that's awesome, because showing up is half the battle right? She is a key player for the morning missiles and communicating on the court is her specialty. Her sets and spikes were especially on point this week and the Morning Missiles looked particularly polished as a whole. Look out for this all-star team!
Morning missiles took the missile part of their name seriously as they served, set & spiked their way to victory. At the front of the pack was Ben Zafft. He was hitting left right and center all night long. If there was a block, he'd hit around it, if the net was wide open, he would put it any place he'd like. On top of all that, he brought out a jump serve that also kicked major butt.
