Kickin it did have a doubt in their minds when they came to the play offs that they were in fact seeded first! They showed great team spirit and sportsmanship through out their dominating season. They were undefeated but that was nearly their downfall!!! In the top of the 5th Pitch Slap was living up to their name and took the lead. Kickin it for the first time in the league was down. Resiliency was to be tested. Was Kickin it a fair weather team?!? Pitch Slap held them off in the 5th leading 8-7 but first at bat Preston for the bottom of the 6th bombed a kick for a home run!!! From then on out Kickin it showed their normal colors. They brought in 6 runs and only allowed 2 in the seventh leaving them victorious. Great job making your first and only comeback!!!!
When your team is down you always need a big play to turn the momentum. Preston struggled the last two weeks to get off a kick but when his team was down he knew it was all or nothing. Preston lead off with a great home run in the sixth to tie the game and set in motion a series of scores that saved the day. Great job Kickin it!
When a team gets on a roll it really helps the flow! Flavio was the man to do that this Monday! With an early home run kicking in some of his players the momentum started to roll. Flavio built up some good steam his team could get behind and claim victory! Great Kickin it Flavio!
