Joe was just awesome as usual with his steady play--never too up or down, just solid and ready at all times. He started the scoring with a huge 3B for an RKI in the first. Then in the third inning, he added a single and had a great over-the-head catch on the run from 3rd to shallow LF. He had a key throw from 3rd to 1st in the fifth to just beat the runner for the final out. He added another single in the 6th and just played solid with no mistakes and a few huge plays that really did make the difference in the championship game.
