A beautiful night, one big game! Sit On My Base came in with home field advantage, but went down quick 4-0 in the top of the first inning. Sit on My Base Responded in the bottom half of the first with 3 of their own. The score remained a 1 run game until the bottom of the 5th. Sit on my base scrambled together 2 runs to take the lead. After a shut down top of the 6th, Sit on my Base exploded with 3 quick runs in the bottom half of the 6th taking a commanding lead into the 7th. Ultimately this was too much to overcome for Kickin’ Pitches who had the tying run at the plate when the game ended. A well played game all around for both teams, and a great end to the season!
