It was an emotional day at Memorial on Sunday as Brandon Horn played in his farewell game with underdog sports leagues. Brandon finished off in style by throwing 6 TD passes and leading his team to victory, closing the book on a 7 year career. After the game tears flowed like champange and champagne flowed like Redhook. The statdog wishes you well Brandon.

There are many different kinds of players out there every Sunday at Memorial Staduim. Special is the player who can deliver the goods for their team on both sides of the ball. This past Sunday, Shon Crampton was just that kind of player as he threw four touchdown passes on offense and intercepted a pass on defense, leading Pacman's Rain to a narrow 24-21 victory over The Tight Ends.

Primetime
The play of Kate Siddell this past Sunday at Memorial in the second week of the Spring coed softcore playoffs was truly worthy of a Player of the Week honor. Kate is not only the captain of Primetime, the champs of the Softcore 2 league, but also the nicest player on the field. As if that wasn't enough, Kate also put up some huge numbers this past week. In the championship game alone, against team Fancy Pants, Kate had a sweet interception, then caught two passes on the ensuing drive, including one for the go ahead touchdown. Kate's play took the wind out of Fancy Pants sails and won the game for her team. Great work Kate, it was a pleasure to watch.
