The first night of Late Fall Big Turkey Bowling at Imperial Lanes started off right! We had quite a few returning teams that greeted each other and caught up on happenings from the summer...and there were quite a few new faces as well to bring fresh energy and excitement to the evening.

We had a lot of strong teams and a lot of shining stars; but there was one that stood out more than the rest. This particular player apparently is quite excited for Thanksgiving, because he had turkey on the brain!! Nick Terzopoulos came limping in with a bum...leg?knee?ankle?(you can never tell with him)...but his softball injuries didn't slow him down.

Nick had a bit of a 'slow' star on the first game, only scoring one turkey and walking away with an overall of 187. It was his second helping that was piled high with the turkeys. Nick finished off strong with a strike in the 7th frame...and the 8th...and the 9th...and, you guessed it, a turkey in the 10th frame. His amazing 6-strike streak brought him a score of 228, which he magically transformed into a 205, to help lead lead Lucky Strike to a 4-0 win over I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter. Great job, Nick!

In addition to her spirit, contagious energy, good sportsmanship, and attitude, she also bowled four strikes in a row. Mulva was also the only person from her team to dress up, and she loved being part of team victory too! Congrats Tyler Corey on your well deserved "Player of the Week."

Kim Pham came with lots energy and enthusiasm for the night. Not only does Pham bowl some good games by bowling couple strikes, but she is a good team player. She is positive, energetic, fun, and passionate player who brings all these qualities to her team. Overall, Pham loves having a good time at Underdog Wednesday Night bowling night and she looks forward to it every week. Congrats Kim Pham for getting player of the week!

Michelle came ready to play for Wednesday night bowling at Imperial Lanes. She even showed up 30 minutes before the game to start pre-funking and practice her game before she could show off her skills. In addition, she came with her party hat, which was a big strawberry with a crown on top of it. Also, she got a prize ticket for getting three spares in a row! And she was the top female scorer of her team. Congrats Michelle on getting "Player of Week!" Keep up the exciting energy!!!

Ian came ready to play for Wednesday Night Bowling because he is a professional poker by day. Ian usually doesn't have luck getting prize tickets, but tonight was his NIGHT! He got three prizes tickets tonight! McGinnis bowled three spares in row at three different times throughout the night. He was pretty shock because he just thinks of himself as "average" bowler, but not tonight! Ian you got bowling skills!!! Congrats on getting "Player of the Week."

Tyler Jones came ready to play and wad 5 mins early, but understood he was only play for the No Tab Tourney. However, his team won the No Tab Tourney! In addition, Jones had two turkeys in the night with a friendly smile he was so excited to get prize tickets because of this. He had a great time being the captain of his team and wouldn't mind doing it again. Congrats Tyler for being Player of the Game!
