On a day where the field crew had to be called in the fix the fields, a woman stood tall, stood proud, oh wait that's the Marines. This weeks player of the week not only played her butt off, but cheered it off as well. Jen snagged balls out of the air like a gazelle, leaped over opponents like a cheetah, and cheered like a .......well cheerleader. She was the fire plug that kept the Fluffers alive on Saturday.

With Shawn Kemp playing basketball on the basketball court, everyone stepped it up a bit to show what a true athlete is like. Aaron ran like a gazelle, leaped like a leopard and swung the bat like Edgar Martinez of old. Aaron showed us not only what a true athlete looks like, but the sportsmanship that goes with the game.

The Statdog loves pitching and defense, and so when he sees Ryan Godfrey hold the offensive powerhouse West Coast Playaz to only one run the Statdog says "Ryan Godfrey?" Yes, the man of the .252 fielding percentage and an ERA of 21.54 pulled it together to pitch a near shutout in the championship game. When asked why she started a man with a 21.54 ERA in the championship game, captain Kelly Madigan answered, "He was crying and this was the only way to make him stop." Ryan must have realized his contract was up so it was time for him to produce.
