Spring Midcore Co-ed Volleyball at First Baptist Wednesdays

This week Ace in Yo Face had to play shorthanded due to a very last minute drop out by one of their players. it did not even phase them to have to adjust and rise above! Kojo was a beast at the net and would of served until morning if we let him. His ability to help out his team in the front and back row is why Kojo is player of the week. No matter where he was he was about the team and helping the best he could! Great work Kojo!

Jennifer played great during her scheduled games with several kills, digs and even sets. But on top of all that Jennifer really came through for 2 other teams by willingly staying 2 additional hours to help out other teams as a sub. With each game Jennifer played even better than the last, showing no signs of fatigue but instead determination.

Every week I am always so confused when damaged goods is playing. It always seem like they are going to tip or dump and then bam! the ball comes flying across the net and straight down! Matt is especially good at being unpredictable with his hits. He has all the tricks up his sleeve along with a killer serve. This week it was all sorts of change ups in the hitting department and watching the game was a lot of fun! Keep it up!
