After searching through all of the Underdog Sports Leagues record books, The Statdog was unable to find any record of a team that went winless in the regular season and then went on to win a championship. Until Sunday, that is. Ball So Hard University pulled of a playoff run of the ages, winning two games in the opening weekend of the playoffs a few weeks back, then this Sunday, they had just enough to get past The Other Team, and then Catalina Wine Mixer. In the semi's, Richie Tebow scored the game winning touchdown, and then had a Tim Tebow like celebration, which got his teammates going. Then in the final, Jeffrey G put his name in the record books by catching the game winning touchdown.
As the eleventh seed, coming off a winless regular season, Ball So Hard University is to be lauded for their accomplishment. Congratulations to the winners!

It would be easy to say it's luck, as the Lawn Wranglers squeaked by in both of their wins on Sunday, however this team has proven through the years that they are just one of those teams that knows what it takes to win, especially when the game is on the line.
In the semi-finals, they were able to do just enough to get by Joe and Friends. Then in the finals, it was Ben Zaft who led the way by making a key interception late in the game.
