Spring Co-ed Softball on Capitol Hill Sundays

The Suicide Squeeze Squad have started the season off on a very hot start. They ran over the Bunt Cakes on Sunday with a display of hitting, base running and just all out get after it hustling. Their lineup is stacked from top to bottom with some very good softball players and they are looking to do some damage in the coming weeks to all teams who would like to mix it up. Led by Krisit who batted 3 for 4 and played defense like a boss, these guys and gals will pose a challenge to any league teams. They are fast, motivated and know how to score some runs so please bring your A game when you tangle with this team. Great win and great game Kristi.

The Giants are firing on all cylinders right now and making it look rather easy in the process. They have found the "on" switches on their bats, their defense is getting stingier by the week and they are looking or a showdown with any challengers. Great win and great game!!

Powerhouse Balls and Dolls are right there in the mix again as always and are ready to mix it up with any team they square off with. With hot bats and drum tight defense, this team doesn't give up a lot of runs and will easily hang 20 on you in he blink of an eye. Led by JR, Sean and Ryan this team is for real and like their odds of capturing a league title. You can't "trade baskets" with this team and you have to be scoring bunches of runs if you are looking to hang with them. Just remember to bring your A game if you want to have a chance of beating this team. Great game everyone and we look forward to seeing you guys and gals in the playoffs.

Led by the Serbian Sensation Alex, some very delicious pitching from Brittney and some very hot bats, I'd Hit That powers through the higher seeded field to capture their 2nd league title. This team from the start did not bend, did not break and in fact they ruled their universe with complete authority on Sunday. Seeds didn't matter to them and it didn't matter what team they faced, they were destined to win their second championship. This team was absolutely dominant in every facet of each game they played. They didn't just win, they trounced teams and in the process got themselves closer to what we would call in the back to back championship world, a Dynasty! If this team stays together they are going to rule any league that they get into. They play for each other and just have fun and when you do that good things happen for your team.
