After a very tough regular season, things could not have gone much better for the manhandlers during their two weeks of playoff action. Last week in the quarters and semi-finals, Manhandlers had a total team effort dominating both their opponents, including the number one seed in their bracket. Their toughest test awaited them in the finals against Pitched Be Trippin. The game started out as a back and forth affair, with both teams trading runs. In the fifth inning Manhandlers took the lead for good. Holding a comfortable 7 run lead going into the bottom of the seventh, Pitches Be Trippin scored two runs with two outs, but that's as close as they would get. A big shout out to Krystal T, for her outstanding defense at shortstop.

The Violent Chubbies proved once again that they are a force to reckoned with in Underdog's kickball leagues. After a dominating regular season, winning all their games, they cruised to an 11-1 victory over the always talented Kick Yo Couch Ninjas. This game could possibly have been much closer, but unfortunately for the Ninjas their shortstop and pitcher had to leave the game in consecutive innings; leaving them slightly undermanned. They kept it close however, until the fourth inning when the Chubbies poured it on and didn't let up with their relentless defense. Everyone played well for the Chubbies, but a lot of props have to be given Stacey C. Stacey was dominant in left field catching everything that was within her range, including the final out of the game in foul territory. Congratulations on another fine season Violent Chubbies!!!!
