Tammi get the POTW award for opening with a bang at Imperial on Thursday night. Well, that's not 100% true. She actually opened with a pedestrian 97 in game number one. Just when things looked bleak for the Pin Stalkers, Tammi came roaring back with a strike in the first frame of game two. By the time the dust (and pins) settled, she rolled 7 strikes and 2 spares en route to a second game score of 203! Nice job!

Somebody ate their wheaties for happy hour...top scoring Poppycocks picked up another win Thursday night, lead by teammate Mike Marxer.

Mike littered the scoreboard with strikes and spares in both games 1 and 2, scoring a 188 and 164 respectively. Honorable mention also goes out to the rest of the team, as they all racked up scores of 150+!!

Game 1 - 8th Frame, I presented Danny (Sanch) with a challenge: finish this game with no open frames, and I will make you player of the week...

....fast forward one frame: Sanch blows it, getting his only open frame of the game. Not to worry though, along came his teammate who claimed the victory from right in front of him.

Congratulations to Tyler, who completed game 1 with ZERO open frames. Not to mention his amazing finish with strikes in the final 5 frames, bringing him to a total of 9 for the game and an Astonishing 246, his best game EVER!!!!!!!!!

Tyler went on to amaze in game 2, with 6 more strikes and a total of 215. WAY TO GO, TYLER!!!!

I overheard Maria tell her team-mates last week..."If you aren't dressed up next week, you can't play!"

Well, they all obeyed. I would like to give player of the week to the whole team Balls of Fury, for being consistently spirited, dressed up, and ready to bowl.

This week, we had a team fully equipped with Mrs. Clause, little helpers and Santa, who even kept visiting his workshop and bringing back new toys for the team.
