Erin's consistent play on defense also aided the Newbies cause in a battle of teams that will undoubtedly be in the playoffs at the end of the season. Terrific job, Erin.

Coed Flag Football Tournament @ Qwest Field
Underdog is proud to help provide the inaugural Deion Branch 83 Football Classic! This coed flag football tournament and silent auction will raise money for the Deion Branch Foundation, which supports the fight for a cure for meningitis. The two day event will feature one guaranteed game at Qwest field. Gym Class Rejects
Betty Vordahl's relentless pressure on the QB and her two pass deflections keyed a 20-6 win for the Gym Class Rejects over the Deceptions. In a game that was low scoring by flag football standards, the defense of the Gym Class Rejects was instrumental in securing the win. Betty's pressure on the QB never let the Deceptions get any offensive rythym. Congratulations to Betty and the Gym Class Rejects.

Darren came in to give his team a spark as the back-up QB. He definitely gave them that spark. His 2 touchdown passes were No Touching's only two scores of the game, but they were enough to squeak by the Gym Class Rejects. Great game Darren!

Tim Kha had a key interception that turned the tide in the game and led Run Forrest Run to a win over No Touching. The win enabled Run Forrest Run to get a split in their Sunday doubleheader. In a close game, one or two plays can make a difference and Tim's interception was the key this day. Great Job Tim!

Bryan had a number of pass deflections and put pressure on the Ball Snatcher QB the entire game. The Ball Snatchers had the ball in the last minute with a chance to win, but Palaruan's relentless defense hold on. Great intensity Bryan!

Jennine earned her stripes this past Sunday. Playoffs brings out the worst in people but on this day it brought the best out in Jennine! She hauled in some key catches down the stretch to get her team to the championship. She saved the best for last! With no time on the clock she caught a pass in the end zone with her outstretched hands! Everyone on defense was in shock but gave it up to her for an unbelievable catch! Great job!
