Spring Co-ed Flag Football at Seattle Center Saturdays

This weeks POTW goes to Dominick Jones of Blood, Sweat, and Beers! Dominick came into the spring season in Mid-season form leading both the offense and defense with untouchable stats! On "D" he reeled in 4 INT's creating havoc for the opposing QB. On offense he was in on 5 of his teams TD's in a high scoring outing, Great job Dominick!

Justin had an unbelievable game this week. He came up with two deep touchdowns that were spectacular. They were because he kept his body under control while toe tapping to get his feet in for touchdowns! He came up with defensive plays as well. A nice interception that kept his team in the game. He did so much but he could not do it all alone! However, he was a game changing player and earned player of the week!

There was another player who earned that top spot too and her name is Allison Gabowy of The Usual Suspects. She is a fierce pass rusher, something like Bruce Smith (maybe)! She had five sacks and hurried the quarterback with pressure all day! We counted seven hurried throws. She was no slouch on offense either hauling in two touchdowns! Great job to Allison! Great job both of you!

Dave must study film in his spare time. He came up with some great play calling this week to lead his team to victory. He led the way with four touchdown passes. He kept the defense on their toes with his arm and his great decision making abilities. I think he may be ready for the draft! Great job Dave.

This weeks player of the week goes to Greg Olsen of Pho King Football team! His heroics on defense helped send his team up through the brackets with a game ending INT. WIth the score being 36 to 34 with their opponent making a move to get the go ahead TD, it was Greg Olsen that sealed it for his team with the INT heard around the stadium!
